First level. Family Doctors Group (FDG)- on rural level (Village administrations).

Second level. Rayon. Family Medicine Center.

Third level. Oblast., where are located territorial hospital, sanitation epidemiological center and medical specialized agencies (AIDS Center, venereal disease clinic, tuberculoses clinic and other).

Also, AIDS Center provide information dissemination works about AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Disease among population using booklets, leaflets, posters,

brochures on Russian and Kyrgyz languages issued by Global Found and sanded to the AIDS Center. Then AIDS Center sends these materials to the Rayon Family Medicine Centers, which distribute these materials among Family Doctors Groups (1 level).

Registered crime types of the chapter 27 (crime against traffic safety and transport exploitation). KR Criminal code’s articles 280-287 are:

Article 280. Violation of the traffic safety rules and exploitation of the rail, air and water transport.

Article 281. Violation of the traffic safety rules and exploitation of vehicles.

Article 282. Vehicles of the poor quality rehabilitation and exploitation of this transportation type, with technical failures.

Article 283. Bring the vehicle or communication lines to the unserviceable conditions.

Article 284. Remote vehicle in alcohol intoxication condition.

Article 285. Violation of rules, which supply safe operation of the transport.

Article 286. Violation of rules during construction, exploitation or rehabilitation of the circular main lines.

Article 287. Violation of highway use rules and protection.
